Step 1: A lot of food enthusiasts clean mushrooms with a damp sponge, and that is fine if you want to spend the time doing that, however, since I was going to cook the mushrooms in broth, I used water to wash them.
Step 2: Quarter the mushrooms.
Step 3: Add butter to skillet and melt on medium high heat.
Step 4: Add mushrroms and saute for 10 minutes stirring frequently.
Step 5: Add chicken broth, soy sauce mixing with the mushrooms and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 6: Enjoy!
