  • 9 ounces bread buns (6 hamburger buns)
  • 1/2 cup yellow onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 (6 ounces) provolone cheese slices

How to Make

  • Step 1: Butter hamburger buns lightly and grill until lightly browned.

  • Step 2: Take out of pan.

  • Step 3: Saute onions and bell pepper in what is left of butter after you butter the hamburger buns.

  • Step 5: Grill patties until done.

  • Step 6: Add sauteed veggies; top with cheese.

  • Step 7: Cover to let cheese melt.
