Step 1: Soak the cobs of corn in water for about an hour.
Step 2: Pull the husks back and remove the silks.
Step 3: Sprinkle garlic powder over the corn, I like a good heavy sprinkle but it’s all up to you.
Step 4: Wrap the corn cobs with 3 to 4 slices of bacon.
Step 5: Place the husks back over the bacon and wrap tightly with two layers of foil.
Step 6: Cook on the grill over direct medium-low heat, turning every ten minutes for 1 hour.
Step 7: Remove from grill and carefully unwrap the corn.
Step 8: Remove and discard husks.
Step 9: Place the cobs on a plate and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese rolling the cobs of corn around on the plate to absorb the cheese.
Step 10: Sprinkle with pepper.
Step 11: Bite right through the bacon and ENJOY!
