Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound raw sea scallops (large)
  • 2 medium bell peppers (sweet colored peppers, seeded, membranes removed, cut into 1 inch size pieces)
  • 4 medium white mushrooms, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Aged Olive Oil Balsamic Dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Rinse the scallops and dry them

  • Step 2: Place a half mushroom on a skewer, add a scallop, then a pepper piece

  • Step 3: Continue adding a scallop then a pepper pieces, ending with a half mushroom.

  • Step 4: Do all four skewers

  • Step 5: Season with salt and pepper

  • Step 6: Paint the skewers on all sides with the dressing

  • Step 7: Place your skewers on the pre heated grill, close the lid

  • Step 8: Grill for apprx 5-6 minutes or until the scallops are cooked

  • Step 9: Serve
