  • BLENDER
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (light)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons hot chili paste
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • SALAD
  • 4 cups cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1/4 cup radishes, grated
  • 4 cups napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1/8 cup cilantro, minced
  • 1 cup carrot, grated (coarsely grated)
  • 1 cup bell pepper, julienne
  • 1/2 cup red onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cucumbers, julienne
  • TOP
  • 1/3 cup peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 5 ounces rice noodles (cooked)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Blend all but oil. Add oil slowly.

  • Step 2: Plate.

  • Step 3: Put noodles on plate.

  • Step 4: Toss salad stuff with dressing save some for side.
