  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 3: Insert the garlic slivers into the openings.

  • Step 4: Rub herb and oil mixture all over roast.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle the roast with salt and pepper.

  • Step 6: Cook in rotisserie or oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, until cooked through.
