  • 2 cups chopped (14 ounces) celery
  • 2 cups chopped (16 ounces) yellow onions
  • 2 cups vegetable stock (or chicken)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
