  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup oats (ground fine)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk (I used powdered milk mixed up)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix eggs, oil, brown sugar, sour cream, lemon juice and salt together.

  • Step 2: Add wheat flour, flour, ground oatmeal, and baking powder. Add milk and blueberries.

  • Step 3: Spray pan with Pam.

  • Step 4: Fry until brown on one side; flip and brown on other side.
