Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and shredded
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced (they said oyster but I used button)
  • 1 clove garlic ,smashed
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spray pam in hot skillet.

  • Step 2: Cook mushrooms on simmer, when all liquid is gone an they are golden add potatoes and oil and salt, bump up fire let potatoes get crisp, when they do add onions on top, stir.

  • Step 3: When they are golden add garlic, cover turn off fire and let rest 3 minutes.
