Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2/3 cup water, lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon oil (sunflower)
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled (6 0z)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 cups muenster cheese, shredded (14 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine yeast, sugar and 2/3 c water; proof. Add oil flour and salt; mix, knead 4 minutes until smooth. Put into greased bowl cover with wet towel, let rise until doubled while this is rising have oven on with pizza stone heating up in 500 degree oven (450 if you have cheap oven like me ,sigh).

  • Step 2: Punch down dough divide into 4 balls.

  • Step 3: Mix cheeses and herbs together.

  • Step 4: Roll out into circle on one side of circle tightly roll dough towards center 1/3 of way repeat on opposite side there should be a 2 inch space between the 2 rolls , it should look like boat pinch and seal ends to look like knob place 1/4 of cheese mixture in center of boats. Top with mushrooms.

  • Step 5: Put on baking stone and bake 15 minutes.

  • Step 6: Top with 1 egg each and bake 4 minutes more until white is set on egg.

  • Step 7: Take out and butter each pizza.
