  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 cup water
