Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 pounds ground beef
  • 2 bread slices (torn into small pieces)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute chopped onion in butter until translucent.( i have just added raw onions and skipped this step

  • Step 2: In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients (some people wet the bread with water or milk, and then mush it in). Add onions.

  • Step 3: Blend everything together. Form into a loaf in a cake pan because it will have grease in pan.

  • Step 4: Squirt more ketchup on top.

  • Step 5: Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour until meat is done in center.
