Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 5 medium potatoes (peeled)
  • 2 large carrots
  • 4 large eggs (hard boiled)
  • 8 ounces dill pickles (finely chopped, im seeing pickle relish lol)
  • 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can (15 ounce) peas
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 12 ounces cooked chicken breast (finely chopped)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Garnish
  • Radish rose
  • Dill sprigs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Can boil carrots potatoes and eggs together, just fish out eggs earlier then finely chop all three. cool down, add rest of chopped items and peas, mix like crazy.

  • Step 2: Add mayo and sour cream and mustard, mix put into pammed sprayed bowl and flip over onto plate.

  • Step 3: Top with radish and surround with dill.
