  • 3 large eggs (hard-boiled eggs, diced)
  • 6 small sweet pickles, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise, or as needed
  • Tomato slices for garnish
  • Cucumber slices for garnish
