Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 to 10 medium potatoes (peeled then cut 1/2 inch cubes)
  • 1 can 10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked & crumbled (or use more if you like)
  • Salt & pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add the potato cubes to a saucepan, then add water to cover. Bring to a boil; then cook between 10 to 12 minutes (do not let them get really soft, watch closely!) Put the potatoes into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.

  • Step 2: Combine together the condensed soup, milk, salad dressing mix, 1 cup cheese, salt & pepper to taste, then pour over potatoes.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle crumbled bacon & also the remaining 1 cup of cheese over the top.

  • Step 4: Bake, uncovered, 350 degrees F between 25 to 30 minutes or till potatoes are tender.
