Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound green string beans (cleaned)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 to 3 ounces sliced bacon (2-3 slices)
  • 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt (optional)
  • Pam

How to Make

  • Step 1: PreHeat oven to 375 F

  • Step 2: I use a square baking dish (9x9).

  • Step 3: Pour chicken broth in bottom of baking dish.

  • Step 4: Place beans in chicken broth, then spray them with Pam.

  • Step 5: Rough chop the bacon and place it on top of beans.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with seasoned salt.

  • Step 7: Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes depending on how tender you like them.

  • Step 8: After a desired doneness is acheived, remove them from the oven, place them in a bowl and drizzle the cooked broth and bacon over them.

  • Step 9: Give them a quick toss and enjoy.
