Step 1: Proof yeast in water. Add sugar; mix in egg; add melted butter. Add pineapple juice.
Step 2: Add salt to flour. Add flour to sugar mixture. Knead for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Let rise until doubled.
Step 4: Make into rolls.
Step 5: Let rise until doubled. I used an 8 inch pan.
Step 6: Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 40 minutes until done (browned).
