  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup queso ranchero cheese, shredded (or cheddar-jack)
  • 5 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 sweet onion, minced
  • 1 tomato, seeded and diced
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons enchilada sauce (mild, not salsa)
