Step 1: Place large zip-lock bag into medium bowl.
Step 2: Zest and juice limes, reserving half a lime to slice for garnish.
Step 3: Place all ingredients for marinade into the bag, close it and squeeze to mix.
Step 4: Add chicken, close bag and squish to evenly spread marinade.
Step 5: Marinate for several hours. The longer you marinate it, the better it will taste.
Step 6: Grill, watching carefully to avoid flare-ups. (You can also bake this AT 350 degrees.)
Step 7: Grill until juices run clear. Garnish with sliced limes to serve.
