Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • MARINADE
  • 2 large limes
  • 1/2 cup oil (olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh minced cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • GRILL
  • 2 pounds chicken pieces

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place large zip-lock bag into medium bowl.

  • Step 2: Zest and juice limes, reserving half a lime to slice for garnish.

  • Step 3: Place all ingredients for marinade into the bag, close it and squeeze to mix.

  • Step 4: Add chicken, close bag and squish to evenly spread marinade.

  • Step 5: Marinate for several hours. The longer you marinate it, the better it will taste.

  • Step 6: Grill, watching carefully to avoid flare-ups. (You can also bake this AT 350 degrees.)

  • Step 7: Grill until juices run clear. Garnish with sliced limes to serve.
