Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2: Saute bacon, remove from pan and drain most of grease from pan.
Step 3: Add onions and saute until clear, but not browned. Stir in bacon and let cool slightly.
Step 4: Stir eggs and sour cream together, then add flour, salt & pepper, mixing well.
Step 5: Prick bottom of pie shell, spread onion and bacon mixture, then pour egg mixture over the top.
Step 6: Bake 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and bake another 20 minutes. Serve hot.
