Step 1: Combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger and honey.
Step 2: Pour over halibut.
Step 3: Marinate for 1 hour, turning after 30 minutes.
Step 4: Heat broiler.
Step 5: Place fish on broiler pan, pieces not touching.
Step 6: Broil 4 inches from heat, 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until done to your liking.
Step 7: Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
