Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons sherry
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 4 halibut steaks (6 to 7 ounces each)
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish
  • Parsley, for garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger and honey.

  • Step 2: Pour over halibut.

  • Step 3: Marinate for 1 hour, turning after 30 minutes.

  • Step 4: Heat broiler.

  • Step 5: Place fish on broiler pan, pieces not touching.

  • Step 6: Broil 4 inches from heat, 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until done to your liking.

  • Step 7: Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
