Step 1: Add lard, sugar and salt to boiling water.
Step 2: Let cool.
Step 3: Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add to sugar mixture.
Step 4: Make a well and stir water mixture into flour. Knead.
Step 5: Make into balls and let rise 3 hours in warm place.
Step 6: Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees. I'm guessing 20 minutes or until browned.
