Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 bread slices (toasted)
  • 8 eggs (hard-boiled)
  • SAUCE
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Fry sausage.

  • Step 2: Add oil heat. Add flour, brown. Add milk, cook until thickened, I like mine thick but cook it til your happy.

  • Step 3: Salt and pepper the way you like, I dont add salt myself, but Rudy does.

  • Step 4: When thick turn off and add cheese, stir until combined. plate.

  • Step 5: Add toast, add hard boiled eggs sliced. Top with sauce.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle on chives and dill weed.
