Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2: Combine the salsa verde and enchilada sauce in a small bowl,set aside.
Step 3: In a large skillet over medium heat,cook beef until no longer pink then drain and return to skillet.
Step 4: Then stir in 1/2 cup of the sauce mixture.
Step 5: Spoon 2/3 cup of the beef mixture off center onto each tortilla,sprinkle 3 tablespoons of the cheese over meat.
Step 6: Fold in sides and ends over filling and roll up.
Step 7: Place into a 11 x 7 inch dish which has been prepared with cooking spray.
Step 8: Pour remaining sauce over burritos and sprinkle tops with cheese.
Step 9: Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
