Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (10 ounce) green enchilada sauce
  • 3/4 cup salsa verde
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 flour tortillas (10 inches, warmed)
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Cooking spray

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  • Step 2: Combine the salsa verde and enchilada sauce in a small bowl,set aside.

  • Step 3: In a large skillet over medium heat,cook beef until no longer pink then drain and return to skillet.

  • Step 4: Then stir in 1/2 cup of the sauce mixture.

  • Step 5: Spoon 2/3 cup of the beef mixture off center onto each tortilla,sprinkle 3 tablespoons of the cheese over meat.

  • Step 6: Fold in sides and ends over filling and roll up.

  • Step 7: Place into a 11 x 7 inch dish which has been prepared with cooking spray.

  • Step 8: Pour remaining sauce over burritos and sprinkle tops with cheese.

  • Step 9: Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
