  • 1 can (16 ounce) red salmon, drained
  • 1/8 cup olives, sliced
  • 6 cups salad greens

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine lemon juice, oil, and pepper.

  • Step 2: Do not peel apples; drop apples into lemon mixture once cut.

  • Step 4: Add celery and onion to marinade.

  • Step 5: Break salmon into chunks; remove bones and skin; add to marinade.

  • Step 6: Chill.
