Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dries basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice the pepper in half, remove ribs and seed and chop into bite sized pieces.

  • Step 2: Peel and chop the onion in to bite sized pieces.

  • Step 3: Toss in a large bowl with the remaining ingredients and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to allow the flavours to meld.

  • Step 4: Place on 4 metal skewers and grill over direct heat and cook until at desired doneness.
