  • 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thick.

  • Step 2: In a shallow bowl, combine the mustard and honey.

  • Step 3: In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs and seasonings.

  • Step 4: Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.

  • Step 5: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil and butter for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until meat is cooked through.
