Step 2: Stir in stock, cream and black pepper to taste, bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until sauce reduces and thickens slightly.
Step 3: Toss with your choice of pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
