  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 1/2 pounds cabbage (1/2 head)
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 can (16 ounce) kidney beans
  • 1 can (28 ounce) tomatoes
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dice the vegetables.

  • Step 2: Brown the ground beef. Drain.

  • Step 3: Add onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until wilted. Add the diced cabbage. Add tomatoes juice and all. Add Worcestershire sauce. Add pepper. Add 2 cups water. Add bouillon cubes and drained beans. Cook 30 minutes.
