  • 8 ounces dry spaghetti
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 pound cooked Italian sausage (cut or torn into bite-size pieces)
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Break the spaghetti into 3-inch pieces and boil until it is al dente. Drain.

  • Step 2: While the spaghetti boils, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Using oil grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

  • Step 3: Combine the egg and milk in a large bowl.

  • Step 4: When the spaghetti is cooked and drained, stir it into the egg and milk mix Pour this into the oiled pan and spread it all around.

  • Step 5: Top the spaghetti with spagetti sauce, sausage, bell pepper and cheeses, taking care to leave a "collar" around the edge that resembles the rim of a pizza. Add any additional toppings of choice if you want to.

  • Step 6: Bake about 30 minutes until spaghetti is firm.

  • Step 7: Use a knife or pizza wheel to cut "slices" and a spatula to lift them onto plates.
