Step 1: Cook lima beans in water 20 minutes until soft.
Step 2: In skillet saute bacon; remove and set aside.
Step 3: Saute onion then garlic until golden.
Step 4: Add drained limas and saute a few minutes.
Step 5: Add salt and pepper and a pinch of rosemary.
Step 6: Toss with crumbled bacon and parmesan cheese.
