Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound fresh green string beans (whole, trimmed)
  • 1 medium red pepper (seeded, membrane removed, chopped, 1/2 inch pieces)
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minceda
  • Salad dressing (1/3 cup Kraft extra virgin olive oil Aged Balsamic vinaigrette dressing divided)
  • 1/4 cup cashews, coarsely chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium heat

  • Step 2: Add beans, red onion, garlic cloves and half the balsamic dressing

  • Step 3: After 4 minutes add red pepper

  • Step 4: Continue cooking until the veggies are heated through and just starting to be crisp tender apprx 4-5 minutes

  • Step 5: Add remaining dressing cook a further 2 minutes

  • Step 6: Sprinkle on the cashews
