Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 (8 ounces each) pork butt chops
  • 2 ounces potato chips (ketchup flavoured potato chips)
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil, enough to coat bottom of skillet

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the potato chips and basil in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.

  • Step 2: Mix with garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large plastic freezer bag; add the chops and toss to coat.

  • Step 3: Drizzle enough oil to coat the bottom of a skillet; bring to medium-high heat and add the chops.

  • Step 4: Cook until you have a nice crust over the chops and they are cooked through and no longer pink on the inside; this will depend on thickness of chops.

  • Step 5: Enjoy!
