  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons oil (extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1 large egg (hard boiled, finely chopped)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
