Step 1: Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened (do not burn!).
Step 2: Stir in the tomato paste, and continue to mix so that it blends well with the other ingredients.
Step 3: Add curry and cinnamon and the mushrooms, and allow the mushrooms to soften, and for their juices to slightly reduce (around 10 minutes).
Step 4: Mix in the cooked orzo, stir over low heat until heated through.
Step 5: Garnish with parsley, and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Serve.
