Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 to 1 cup pork gravy (I made this from leftover broth, but you can use store-bought gravy)
  • 2 bread slices (any variety you like,I used basic wheat. Now where VickyJ used wheat,I'm particular to white bread)
  • 6 ounces cooked pork roast (leftover and sliced)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Reheat leftover pork in microwave, stove-top or oven.

  • Step 2: Heat gravy slowly in small saucepan over low/med heat or in microwave at 50% power 3-4 minutes.

  • Step 3: Reheat leftover pork in microwave for 30 sec on high (micro. ovens vary).

  • Step 4: Place one slice of bread on dinner plate, then sliced pork.

  • Step 5: Ladle a little gravy over pork, then top with second slice of bread.

  • Step 6: Spoon mashed potatoes on the side.

  • Step 7: Ladle rest of gravy over both, or just on top of the sandwich,then ENJOY !!!
