The ingredients are:
  • 5 pounds chicken, wings
  • 1 bottle (20 ounce) low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 bottle (32 ounce) chili sauce (sweet, I use Mae Ploy)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350.

  • Step 2: Put wings on a big roasting pan.

  • Step 3: Cover with soy sauce.

  • Step 4: Bake for an hour. Mixing occasionally to cover the wings with the soy sauce.

  • Step 5: Take out of the oven an let it cool down completely.

  • Step 6: When cool, drain the soy sauce.

  • Step 7: Cover with the sweet chili sauce and bake at 350 for an hour, mixing occasionally to cover the wings with the sauce.

  • Step 8: On the last 5 minutes bring the oven temperature to 450.
