Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 box (7 3/4 ounce) Betty Crocker suddenly pasta salad classic or use whatever brand you like as long as it has the tri-color pasta)
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite size pieces(you could also use boneless skinless chicken thighs)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/8 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 3 tablespoons oil (canola oil)
  • 2 tablespoons water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions; set aside.

  • Step 2: Over medium heat, melt margarine in a medium sized skillet.

  • Step 3: Add chicken and sprinkle with seasoning salt and pepper.

  • Step 4: Cooking until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 5: In a medium sized bowl, add all of ingredients, mixing well.

  • Step 6: Chill for at least 2 hours--better if you can chill overnight.
