Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1 can (15 ounce) garbanzo beans, drained (chickpeas)
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon feta cheese, chopped small (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In skillet heat oil add drained chickpeas when oil is hot.

  • Step 2: Brown shake often , will take some time.

  • Step 3: Then add seeds watch close dont burn.

  • Step 4: In bowl add the peppers onion parsley.

  • Step 5: Juice lemon watch for seeds. Put over veggies.

  • Step 6: Add skillet stuff. Toss.

  • Step 7: Can add the feta but dont add to much can over power salad.
