Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Cooking Spray
  • 4 pounds Country Style pork ribs
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup (original recipe used 2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce (I used regular)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon dried minced garlic( I used garlic powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper(she used 1/8 teaspoon)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all sauce ingredients and set aside.

  • Step 2: Place ribs in prepared Crock Pot and pour sauce over ribs.

  • Step 3: Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or until ribs are tender.

  • Step 4: If you're wanting texture,place ribs on foil which has been prepared with cooking spray.

  • Step 5: Then top with some of the sauce,and broil for about 5 to 8 minutes.
