Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 small zucchini, cut in half and sliced into half moons
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (white) More or less depending on your tastes
  • 1 teaspoon oil (extra virgin olive oil for sauteing)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice all veggies.

  • Step 2: Place olive oil in a small frying pan and heat until hot over medium heat.

  • Step 3: Add veggies to the oil. Saute with a lid on for about 3 minutes.

  • Step 4: Add the spices and continue to cook with lid on until tender. (about 4 minutes).

  • Step 5: Add the balsamic vinegar, and stir to coat veggies.

  • Step 6: Serve!
