Step 1: Slice all veggies.
Step 2: Place olive oil in a small frying pan and heat until hot over medium heat.
Step 3: Add veggies to the oil. Saute with a lid on for about 3 minutes.
Step 4: Add the spices and continue to cook with lid on until tender. (about 4 minutes).
Step 5: Add the balsamic vinegar, and stir to coat veggies.
Step 6: Serve!
