Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped (or leftover chicken)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup, undiluted (with herbs, if you can't find that particular soup, just add a bit your favorite herbs)
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (leftover, I use a mix of peas, carrots, and corn)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium sized bowl add soup and milk, mixing well.

  • Step 2: Pour soup mixture into a large skillet; add turkey and veggies.

  • Step 3: Bring to a simmer over medium heat and if it seems to thin,add cornstarch mixed with water and stir until thickened.

  • Step 4: Season with pepper to taste.
