Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (16 1/3 ounce) refrigerated biscuits (butter-flavored large refrigerated biscuits, 8 count can, use plain if you like )
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for dusting)
  • 12 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°.

  • Step 2: Mix together cinnamon and sugar, set aside.

  • Step 3: Lightly grease a medium sized cookie sheet and set aside.

  • Step 4: On a lightly floured cutting board or counter,with a rolling pin flatten each biscuit into a six inch round.

  • Step 5: Spread 1 1/2Tablespoons of margarine on each round.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon/sugar mixture.

  • Step 7: Top each round with 1 1/2 tablespoons of pecans, making sure pecans are evenly spread out.

  • Step 8: Tightly roll each round into a log,making sure you pinch the ends shut.

  • Step 9: Place rolls seam side down, on cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
