Step 1: Prepare instant rice according to package directions.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 3: Combine rice, pie filling, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins and walnuts in medium bowl. Pour into prepared dish. In same bowl combine remaining brown sugar and rolled oats. Blend in butter, mixing well until mixture is moist. Sprinkle over rice mixture.
Step 4: Bake 20 minutes.
