Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces dry spaghetti
  • 15 ounces alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 cups turkey, cubed (cooked, or chicken leftovers from a roasted chicken would work great with this)
  • 1 can (4 ounce) mushroom (with stems and pieces, drained)
  • 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons white wine (or chicken broth)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (I used 1 teaspoon)
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • French Fried Onions (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (I used a sweet)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: While oven is heating cook pasta according to package directions,drain and set aside.

  • Step 3: In a large bowl combine everything but French Fried onions,spaghetti,and paprika.

  • Step 4: Add drained pasta to sauce ingredients,mixing well to coat pasta.

  • Step 5: Pour into a 2 quart rectangle baking dish.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with French Fried Onions and paprika,cover and bake for 35 minutes( if you want a crunchier topping,remove cover for last 10 minutes).
