Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 cups cooked pasta (or 2 cups dry)
  • 3 tablespoons oil (canola oil)
  • 1 pound Italian Sausage (sweet)
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cans (10 1/2 ounces each) pork gravy
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese,optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: If you're using dry pasta,cook according to package directions drain and set aside.

  • Step 2: Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

  • Step 3: Remove sausage from casings and cook sausage until lightly browned.

  • Step 4: Add peppers and seasoning cook until peppers are tender.

  • Step 5: Add gravy and heat to boil.

  • Step 6: Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until sausage is done.

  • Step 7: Add pasta and toss to coat then cook until pasta is heated through.

  • Step 8: Sprinkle with desired amount of cheese.
