  • 2 cups dry macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped (or turkey, cooked)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) Cream of Mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) Cream of Chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Italian breadcrumbs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).

  • Step 2: Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Remove from oven; sprinkle top with breadcrumbs and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

  • Step 3: This recipe may be doubled and half may be wrapped tightly and stored in the freezer.Freezes real well and is so handy
