Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 to 4 pounds whole chicken
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Moroccan seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the water, seasoning, vegetable oil and soy sauce in a large re-sealable.

  • Step 2: Add the chicken and garlic and swish to coat the chicken.

  • Step 3: Seal the bag and allow marinating in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.

  • Step 4: Remove the chicken from marinade and discard marinade.

  • Step 5: Place the chicken in rotisserie oven and cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 1/2 hours or until cooked through and meat thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165 degrees.
