Step 1: Mix the water, seasoning, vegetable oil and soy sauce in a large re-sealable.
Step 2: Add the chicken and garlic and swish to coat the chicken.
Step 3: Seal the bag and allow marinating in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
Step 4: Remove the chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
Step 5: Place the chicken in rotisserie oven and cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 1/2 hours or until cooked through and meat thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165 degrees.
