  • 1 carrot (chopped)
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon coconut, shredded
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Chopped walnuts
