Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 envelopes (35 grams each) dry taco seasoning mix (Old ElPaso Taco seasoning)
  • 1/2 cup oil (vegetable oil)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 pounds chicken wings (split)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the wings in a pot with 1 envelope taco seasoning and just cover with water, add the garlic and bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

  • Step 2: Drain the wings in a colander and allow cooling until you can handle the wings.

  • Step 3: Place the oil, cayenne pepper and the other envelope taco seasoning in a large re-sealable plastic bag and add the wings.

  • Step 4: Seal the bag and toss to coat the wings.

  • Step 5: Remove the wings from plastic bag placing them on a preheated medium-high grill.

  • Step 6: Grill until warmed through and the skin has nice grill marks.

  • Step 7: Enjoy!
