Step 1: Place the wings in a pot with 1 envelope taco seasoning and just cover with water, add the garlic and bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 2: Drain the wings in a colander and allow cooling until you can handle the wings.
Step 3: Place the oil, cayenne pepper and the other envelope taco seasoning in a large re-sealable plastic bag and add the wings.
Step 4: Seal the bag and toss to coat the wings.
Step 5: Remove the wings from plastic bag placing them on a preheated medium-high grill.
Step 6: Grill until warmed through and the skin has nice grill marks.
Step 7: Enjoy!
